Approved Program

At Albany Creek Kindergarten, we have 2 units offering the Approved Kindergarten Program during school terms for children who are turning 4 by 30th June in the year they attend (the year prior to Prep).

C & K Affiliate

Albany Creek Community Kindergarten is affiliated with C&K who have been at the forefront of Kindergarten education since 1907. C&K's internationally recognised curriculum, C&K Building waterfalls teaching and learning guidelines, provides quality play based education and care in our kindergarten.

Qualified Teachers

All groups are run by University qualified Early Childhood Teachers and qualified Assistants who have numerous years experience teaching Kindergarten aged children. These teaching staff work with the same group of children each day to provide the children with stability and continuity during the year.

Waiting List

We take names from birth. To request your child to be added to our waiting list, a Waiting List form needs to be completed and returned to us. You can download, complete and return the form via our resources section or use our simple online wait list application form. The non-refundable wait list deposit fee is $20.00.
